The important thing to know is right with blueberry transplant them in the first place, the land flooded in over the years, and be patient. They take a couple of seasons to get into full swing.

Site and soil

Blueberries should be planted in full sun, where most or part of the day and in acidic soils (pH 4.5 to 5.5) that are granular, porous and high in organic matter. Plant

Early spring planting is recommended (after the last frost, of course). Place the plants four feet apart in rows six feet away. Blueberries have a shallow root system.
